Colored Printer in Office
Big News! We have a new colored copy machine/printer in the office! When using this as a printer, it is just like all the other RICOH printers. You just choose to print to RICOH as you do for printing you would do on the on the black/white copy machine. When at the machine you will scan your badge (located on the right hand side of the printer) and it will automatically print your document in color (as long as you have selected color when you scheduled the print from the computer). Our previous office color printer was breaking down and this more cost effective than the small colored printers we were using as toner was extremely expensive. It is still more expensive to print in color than in black and white simply because the color toner for the copiers are more expensive than the black toner. So please continue to keep the same practice when printing in color.
Color Printer can be used by staff but for staff needed items of small amounts. Staff should not print full classroom sets of things or other on the color printer.

Wisconsin Forward Exam Testing
The WI Forward Exam testing window begins this week. The testing schedule for EQ is linked below. Testing for EQ will be primarily be between 8:30-10:00 on the days it is scheduled. NDLC testing will be between 9-11:15.

With Forward Exam testing taking place in the next number of weeks. EXTRA SPECIAL CARE and HELP is needed in the hallway expectations. Here are some ways you can help students follow those expectations. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!!!
- Teachers walk with students to and from specials or transitions
- Have the class line up quietly before you walk into the hallway
- Hold up a Level 0 sign while walking your line
- Give out coins and compliments to those who are following the expectations
- Practice - if a student is struggling, use a reteach and have them try it again. If the entire class is struggling, stop and have them go back and do it again.

Staff Luncheon
