Thanks for Finishing STRONG
Thank you in for keeping in the mode of finishing STRONG through continued activity the past weeks and especially as we round out the last 6 1/2 days of the school year. Your support of colleagues who are packing classrooms/offices is also appreciated. Thanks for your continuous efforts to keep the motivation, interest, and engagement there for students!
Effectiveness Project Reminders
· New Teachers/Specialists 1, 2 and Continuing Teacher/Specialist 3 - Complete and submit Documentation Log if you have not done so yet. Others of you may show that you have a documentation log, but that is just so you can add artifacts now if you'd like since it is really a reflection of the 3 years (Continuing 1-3). You have no requirement to complete this in Continuing Year 1 and 2.
· ALL Certified – collect/review your end of the year SLO data and complete the end of year interval review section of the Professional Goal Setting Review Form
· If some of your items are not listed as complete… Check to make sure you have completed and clicked SUBMIT all of your forms that are your responsibility and that you have clicked ACKNOWLEDGE for all informals and formals.
Reminder -- Your Voice Matters
Your insights are essential for shaping our district's future. Please complete the survey on our proposed long-range facilities plan, emailed by School Perceptions on May 10 (check your spam folder if needed).
This is our chance to build a brighter future for our students and community. Let's come together and make our voices heard. If you have any questions, reach out to me or Kelsey Norton.
Join us in this important effort—complete the survey by June 7. Together, we can create an even stronger educational environment. Thank you for your dedication and action!

Chromebook Turn in - May 24th
At the end of each year the library team checks in and inspects all student Chromebooks during the last rotation of checkout class. During this time they also swap out Chromebooks that need to be deprovisioned, typically around 30 chromebooks. This year the number of Chromebooks that need to be deprovisioned is over 150. This means that the library staff will need to collect student devices and will not be able to provide a loaner.
Since there are not enough loaner Chromebooks to swap out for the Chromebooks that need to be deprovisioned and to keep technology in the hands of students as long as possible, the library team will wait until Friday, May 24th to check in and collect student Chromebooks.
What that means for you:
- Student Chromebooks that need to be deprovisioned will be collected on Friday, May 24th.
- Please plan for low tech lessons for May 28th and 29th as you will not have a class set of Chromebooks.
- Be on the lookout for further communication from Angela, on when your class will come to the library on Friday, May 24th.
- Library Checkout will be cancelled for Cooksey, Sprangers, and Maki on Friday, May 24th
End of Year Library Dates:
Here are the End of the Year library dates for 23-24...
- Students will still come to the library for the remainder of the school year!
- Staff Books Due: End of the day Wednesday, May 29th!
